The Wizard and I have been discussing the formation of a new world. It would be like Eberron or Forgotten Realms, but this would be entirely online and free. We really like the idea of offering this to ya'll. So here is just a sample of some spells that have been designed for (the real name is still under much debate) KenderVille. These are spells developed and used by The Kender.

Remorse
Illusion (Figment) [Mind-Affecting]
Level: Beguiler 3, Sorcerer/wizard 3
Components: M, V, S
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Medium (100 ft. + 10 ft./level)
Target: One humanoid per three levels, no two of which are more than 30 ft. apart
Duration: 1 round/level; see text
Saving Throws: Will negates; see text
Spell Resistance: Yes

A wave of emotions sweeps over unfortunate foes as they are haunted with visions of those they have killed. They have come back to take their revenge.

This spell calls to memory figments of those who the targets have killed. Affected targets lose initiative, going last during the round. At the beginning of the each subsequent round, affected targets may attempt additional saves, but the DC increases by one each round as more emotional memories surface.

Material Component: An object from anyone the caster killed.

Sleeping Memories
Divination
Level: Sorcerer/wizard 2
Components: M, V, S
Casting Time: One minute
Range: Long (400 ft. + 40 ft./level)
Target: One humanoid; see text
Duration: Until dream ends (D)
Saving Throws: Will negates
Spell Resistance: Yes

An area in front of the caster lights up with bright colors and fades to show the dreams of a nearby sleeper.

This spell creates an image of the target's dreams in a 5-foot-cube volume in front of the caster. When the spell is cast, if no specific target is designated, a random target in range is chosen. If there are no sleeping people within the area, the caster must save against the spell or be put to sleep, his own dreams being displayed. The clarity of a projected dream is dependent on the target's mind; a more focused or honest mind produces a clearer dream, whereas a less intelligent or elusive mind might result in a fuzzier dream.

Material Components: A small, bright, multicolored feature
